We help inform, but more importantly we listen. Every person has value, and  every person is a uniquely qualified expert and storyteller on personal lived experiences. If meaningful solutions are to be grounded in the realities they purportedly serve, it is imperative that  we  listen to and uplift the voices of these experts in all matters  of concern and affect to them.
